What is the NatWest banking app?

The NatWest app is banking on your mobile phone. It's like Online Banking with added features and the benefit of being able to bank from anywhere.

Get the app

NatWest Business Banking is available to eligible customers, over 18 who have the right to be self employed in the UK. Online Banking is available to NatWest business account customers. Mobile App is available on selected iOS and Android devices with a UK or international mobile number in selected countries.

Fingerprint and facial recognition available on selected devices.
Get Cash can be used to withdraw up to £130 at any of our branded ATMs and you must have £10 available in your account, with an active debit card attached (locked or unlocked).
Credit card lock/unlock available for MasterCards only.
Pay someone new on the app up to 5 times a day, totalling £1,000. Daily payment limit of £50,000 applies for Online Banking and you may require a card reader.
You have up to 8.20pm on the day the Direct Debit is due to cancel it.

The app is available for phone and tablet devices. If you don't have Online Banking yet you can download the NatWest app and register for both services at once. (Eligibility criteria applies)

Step-by-step guide to register for the app Close

Step-by-step guide:

Open the NatWest app, tap 'I'm already a customer'. Read and accept the Mobile Banking Terms then tap ‘Get Started’
Enter your Online Banking customer number. Don’t have this? Tap 'What's my customer number?'.
Enter the characters from your Online Banking PIN and Password. Don't have these? Tap 'Forgotten secure details?'
Confirm your mobile numberand enter the activation code we text to you.
Choose a passcode to log into the app. If your device has facial or fingerprint recognition, you can choose to log in with that later.

If you need help once in the app then just tap the 'Help' button on the bottom bar if you have any questions.
