New features in Bankline Mobile

We've introduced new payment management features in Bankline Mobile to help you stay on top of payments when you're on the go.

Payment Summary

Payment Summary gives you an overview of your incoming and outgoing payments, showing how many are:

  • Completed
  • Awaiting approval
  • Require action
  • Processing
  • Expired

You can select each status to learn more about what it means and whether any action is required.

To access Payment Summary, you'll need the 'View payment summary' privilege in Bankline. If you don't have this privilege, contact your Bankline administrator.

International Payment Tracking

International Payment Tracking allows you to track the status of inbound and outbound international payments using a payment ID.

You'll be able to:

  • View a payment's progress
  • See whether any action is required
  • Share payment details as a PDF when needed

We're phasing out original Bankline

Last year, we switched off some payment features as part of closing original Bankline. Our next step is to switch off other features that are fully available in new Bankline.

  • Payment import
  • Account registration and deregistration
  • Statement download in PDF and CSV
  • Bulk download of advices in PDF

These are all available in new Bankline and will be removed from original Bankline in November 2026.

If you currently use these features in original Bankline, we'd like to hear from you about why.
