Bankline is being transformed to better meets your needs. As we've made changes, you’ve had access to payments in both new and original Bankline.

As of November 2025, you’ll only need to access new Bankline for the majority of your payment needs.

As a part of this transition, we’ve also recently released several updated payment functions. Here’s the payment functions you can expect to see in new Bankline: 

Payment summary is your one stop shop for everything going on with your accounts on a day-to-day basis. This is a snapshot of all incoming and outgoing payments for the day, highlighting actions that need completing such as approvals and expired payments. You can find out more about payment summary here: What is the Payment summary?

Tip: If you need to bulk download payment advices, currently you can only get this in original Bankline, we’ll add it to new Bankline in the future.  

Payment search lets you find and act on payments raised in the last six months. You can search for expired payments and re-date them.

Tip: if you need to view payments that are older than six months, try transaction search.

With Bankline import you can import your payment instructions from a file, rather than manually keying them in, saving you time. If you’d like to find out more about importing for the first time take a look at How do I create an import file?

You can now raise SEPA payments from an existing template in Bankline Mobile App.
