Bankline lets you view and download your statements and other documents digitally. This can save you time, improve security, and reduce your business’s environmental impact.

A paperless document is an official bank document provided in a digital format instead of being printed and sent by post. These documents are securely stored within Bankline, and you can access and download them whenever you need them. All paperless documents are PDFs.

1. Log in to Bankline.
2. Select ‘Manage paperless preferences’ in the ‘Administration’ menu. 
3. Choose the account you want to switch off receiving paper statements for. 
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and when you’re happy, click ‘submit’.

To make changes to paperless preferences in Bankline, you’ll need the ‘Manage paperless preference’ privilege. If you don’t have it, speak to your administrator.
