You’ll soon have the option to log in to Bankline web using Bankline Mobile instead of your card and reader. Logging in with Bankline Mobile can be easier than the card reader, and uses the latest tech to scan your face or fingerprint so we know it’s you.

We’re releasing this feature in phases, so you might already have access. If you do, you don’t need to do anything.

See how it works in this short video.

How do I set myself up to get access?

You’ll need to take a few steps to set yourself up to access this feature when it’s released, if you haven’t already.

  • Ask your Bankline administrator to assign you the Bankline Mobile privilege.
  • Download the latest version of the Bankline Mobile app from the App Store or Play Store.
  • Register on the app.

And that’s it! You’re all set.

For now, you’ll only be able to approve Bankline log-ins with Bankline Mobile so make sure to keep your card and reader handy for your other approvals.
