SEPA Payments:

A SEPA payment is a Euro payment made between members of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).

Compared to a standard international payment, SEPA payments are a faster, simpler and cheaper way to make Euro payments between the countries within this agreement, as they're subject to a uniform set of rules. All SEPA payments require are an IBAN, a BIC and a reference, but do not require a specific purpose of payment (POP) code.

Typically, the beneficiary should receive the funds on the same day that you make the payment, as long as the payment was made before 2:00pm. If not, the beneficiary should receive the funds next working day.

All charges under SEPA are shared (you only pay our fee if applicable, and the beneficiary pays their bank’s fee). It is not possible for you or beneficiary to pay both sets of fees.
