According to the government’s Transport and Environment Statistics 2021 Report, transport is the largest carbon-emitting sector in the UK, and businesses of all sizes in the mobility sector are expected to play their part in helping the UK achieve its net-zero goals.

If you’re an ambitious SME looking to scale and capitalise on the opportunities from clean transport, you might consider applying for our new programme.

The Clean Transport Accelerator offers coaching, thought leadership, community events, and networking with like-minded entrepreneurs. This fully funded programme of specialist support has been tailored to help businesses accelerate their innovations to market and demonstrate their decarbonisation impact.

We are thrilled to be working with the University of Warwick to offer clean transport businesses a fast track to delivering on the UK’s green goals.

Who can apply

We’re searching for businesses within the SME space who are looking to pivot and capitalise on the opportunities associated with the emerging clean transport supply chain. Applicants will be based in the West Midlands or willing to travel to the University of Warwick when required to take advantage of WMG’s state-of-the-art facilities.

The Clean Transport Accelerator provides:

An enterprise acceleration manager and one-to-one coaching
Thought leadership through accelerator growth events
Access to co-working space
Entry to learning hubs at the University of Warwick and Birmingham
Clean energy, manufacturing, automotive and connected experts at WMG and the wider High Value Manufacturing Catapult State-of-the-art tools to develop and test ideas
