We are passionate about supporting and facilitating the growth of businesses around the UK through challenging times and beyond as conditions improve. We are delighted to be able to support Family Business UK.

Harnessing the power of people

As supporters of Family Business Week in 2023, we talked to thriving family firms around the UK to find out what makes them tick, how they’re planning for continued growth, and what their succession strategies are to manage the arrival of the next generation.

Our work supporting family businesses continues this year, starting with our contribution to FBUK’s Leadership Guides, focusing on next generation planning and identifying talent.
