Why is my Business Banking mobile app not working?

The old business banking app will no longer work on your device. Instead, we recommend switching to our main banking app, which lets you manage both your Business and Personal accounts. You can download the app by searching for "NatWest Banking" on either the App store or Play store.

It has even more features than the old business banking app, and was voted Best Banking App at the 2018 British Bank Awards.
