Why has a cancelled direct debit been claimed from my account?
Companies can reinstate a cancelled Direct Debit and claim funds if the contract is still in place, cancelling with us does not terminate your contract agreement
Please contact your contract provider to cancel the Direct Debit and stop future payments being collected from your account
If you have cancelled your Direct Debit within 2 working days of the due date the payment will be returned the next working day after its due
If you think the Direct Debit has been taken in error or don't recognise it contact us to investigate it
