Can I change which of my Businesses are linked to my Personal accounts?
Yes, you can - but just to let you know, there are some changes that might affect how you bank with us while we make the update:
- You’ll lose access to your online banking
- Your saved payees will be deleted
- Any scheduled payments will be cancelled

How to make this change
- Log in to your Online Banking
- Start a webchat with our team
- Our team will carry out checks on your account, once complete, they will request for you

- If you are a third party or have Power of Attorney, this process is not available to you.
- The request may take 7–10 working days to complete
