Can I change which of my Businesses are linked to my Personal accounts?

Yes, you can - but just to let you know, there are some changes that might affect how you bank with us while we make the update:

 

  • You’ll lose access to your online banking 
  • Your saved payees will be deleted 
  • Any scheduled payments will be cancelled 


These changes might affect how you handle your finances. 

How to make this change

 

  • Log in to your Online Banking
  • Start a webchat with our team 
  • Our team will carry out checks on your account, once complete, they will request for you 

Important information

 

  • If you are a third party or have Power of Attorney, this process is not available to you. 
  • The request may take 7–10 working days to complete
