Why is one of my accounts not showing online?
Some complex accounts are not yet suitable for the Online Banking service, for example some loans and mortgages. We're currently working to add more accounts and services online and we'll advise you of any new developments using the 'Service Information' section on the log in pages.
If your account was showing online but is now no longer visible it might mean there is an issue with your account. In this case you would need to contact telephone banking to discuss your account and once the issue has been resolved the account should be available again online.
