I don't have my debit card, what do I do?

You can still apply without a debit card. We will send you an activation code to use in order to set up a PIN and Password. The activation code will be sent to you by post or text.

• If we can send you the code by text, it should be with you the following working day.
• If we can't send you the code by text, we will send it by post and the letter should be with you within 7-10 working days.

If you had your debit card with you, the application process would be much quicker.
