How do I cancel a scheduled international payment?
Scheduled international payments can be cancelled up to 4.00 pm (UK time) on the business day before the payment is due to be made.
To cancel a scheduled foreign payment:
- Log on to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
- Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu
- In the 'International payments' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'
- Select the appropriate payment from your list of scheduled payments
- Select 'Cancel payment' followed by 'Confirm'
Please note: if you have set up a scheduled payment at a branch, it may not appear in your list of scheduled payments online. Please contact a branch if you wish to amend or cancel this payment.
