The £247m scheme to redevelop historic BBC site
Homes that benefit the community by providing family housing where it's needed
Select Property builds homes to regenerate Manchester
Manchester's Circle Square is part of a master plan to regenerate Oxford Road and create a collaborative community, while providing some much needed green space.
This PRS scheme comprises one, two and three bed apartments over 37 and 17 storeys, respectively, on the historic ex-BBC site on Oxford Road. Resident amenities include shared lounge areas, supersized gyms and private entertaining services.
Funding of £247m for developments
Vita Group partnered Greater Manchester Pension Fund and a syndicate of senior lenders to fund the £247m Affinity Living buildings.
NatWest provided expertise as lead arranger and co-ordinator for the development facility.
Expertise that drives successful collaborations
The scheme demonstrates how a successful collaboration between private and public partners builds solutions that benefit communities.
Circle Square's high quality accommodation serves the city by boosting housing options for its residents.
