Found a dream home? Expanding your property portfolio? The NatWest team of mortgage experts will help make it as seamless as possible. Speedy, too, with our paperless application that lets you sign online.

We offer special discounted rates on mortgages of £350,000 or more – even if you bring it from another lender. Also, on homes with an A or B Energy Performance Rating (EPC) with our Green Mortgage.

Mortgage concierge service

With a mortgage of £500,000-plus, you’ll have access to your own expert who’ll help you through the whole process.

NatWest mortgages are available for over 18s. Early repayment charges and product fees may apply. These discounted offers may be withdrawn at any time. NatWest Green Mortgages are available on selected products for homes with a valid EPC rating A or B - max LTV 85%.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
