Travel – you’ve been upgraded

Our passports are well and truly dusted off post-pandemic and global travel has become part of our lives again. NatWest Black Concierge works with the world’s major airlines to try to secure the lowest possible airfares.

Your lifestyle manager could also get you top-tier perks and exclusive rates at more than 1,500 hotels around the world. Booking through the service could get you free breakfasts, early check-ins, late check-outs, or the chance to hear three of the best words in the world – ‘you’ve been upgraded’.

But that’s not all. We can also make recommendations for the best local experiences and attractions, and get you tickets once you’ve decided what to do. One unforgettable day out, sorted.

Eating out – top tables, treats and tours

With large waiting lists and small windows of opportunity to book, getting a seat at the best restaurants in the world can be tricky. But 24/7 Black Concierge has an ‘in’ at many of the world’s most exclusive eateries that could help get you a table.

Getting the reservation is just the start of a great night out though. Some of the restaurants our lifestyle managers work with offer you the full VIP treatment, including complimentary champagne, extra courses or a tour of the kitchen with the head chef. Depending on the restaurant, there may be a charge for some extras.

Entertainment – the greatest show, man

Whether you want to see the big match or a great gig, a top movie or major musical, 24/7 Black Concierge could get you preferential access and great rates on the best events and shows in town. The service also offers complimentary tickets to a wide variety of events across the country, including Foodies Festivals, Grand Designs Live and the Affordable Art Fair.

If you’re a NatWest Premier Reward Black account customer, you can contact the Concierge Service through your NatWest Premier Black app or online any time, day or night.  

To upgrade to this Premier account, available to existing current account customers only, you need to meet one of the following criteria: a minimum sole income of £100,000 or a joint income of £120,000 paid into your current account, or a mortgage with us of at least £500,000, or £100,000 in savings and investments with us. To earn rewards, you need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month. Account fees apply.
