• The free Financial Health Check service is a review with one of our highly trained Premier Banking Managers.
• The discussion will be focused around your needs and goals (we can also address any concerns you may have)
• We will consider all areas of your finances aimed at helping you make informed decisions about what you feel is right for you
• We will try and save or make you money where possible to ensure the things most important to you are adequately protected
• If it turns out you either need or want more specialist help, we can refer you to other specialist team members as required

Financial documents - to help us understand your needs you should have the relevant financial documentation to hand (e.g. statements, tax returns, bank statements).

New customers - If you are a new customer you will need to have either your driving licence or passport too.

• They can guide you through the range of products & services we offer, and help you with ideas on how to make your money work harder.
• They have completed a comprehensive training and development programme, accredited by the Chartered Banker Institute. However, if you need specialist help, they can refer you to other qualified advisors as you need them.
