Getting started with Voice ID

It's easy and quick. You just need to be registered for Telephone Banking, then call Premier 24 and we'll do the rest. It takes about 30 seconds to record your voice and then you're all set to go. Tap here to register for Telephone Banking and to find out more about Voice ID.

The NatWest app is available to personal and business banking customers using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Voice ID is available to telephone banking customers aged 18 and over.
