Double win in Euromoney cash management survey 2024

Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2024: NatWest recognised as “Best Cash Management Bank” and “Best Bank for Cash Management Technology” in the UK

Award-Winning Cash Management

The Euromoney Cash Management Survey recognises the leading providers of cash management products and services by surveying cash managers, treasurers and financial officers across the world to find out which financial institutions they consider to be the best providers in their markets and how those firms perform across a range of categories.

For over 30 years, Euromoney’s Cash Management Survey has been the most comprehensive benchmarking exercise of the world’s banks active in this sector. The survey offers authoritative insight into the needs of corporate treasurers and their perceptions of the banks they work with, and we are honoured to have been named “Best Cash Management Bank and “Best Bank for Cash Management Technology” in the UK.

Ritu Sehgal, NatWest’s Head of Transaction Services and Trade, commented: “It’s a fantastic achievement to be awarded ‘Best Cash Management Bank’ and ‘Best Bank for Cash Management Technology’ in the UK for 2024 by our customers in this prestigious Euromoney survey. We’ve designed our global payment solutions and other digital banking services to keep pace with our customers’ evolving needs and ambitions, and it is brilliant to be recognised for our innovative cash management solutions.”

Andrew Harrison, NatWest’s Managing Director, Customer Goals & Journeys, added: “Our commitment to invest in innovative products and focus on delivering an exceptional client experience, has yielded strong results in both client successes and loyalty. We wholeheartedly thank everyone who voted for us.”

Ana Voicila, Euromoney’s Head of Transaction Banking, said: “UK treasurers have named NatWest the ‘Best Cash Management Bank’ in the country, praising its exceptional client service, product offering, and particularly its technological capabilities. Clients highlighted NatWest’s strong domestic expertise, commending the bank’s platform functionality, user-friendly interface, smooth onboarding process, and the preparedness of its client managers.”
