Selba Care is a newly-established vehicle, set-up by AcalisCare, that’s focussed on acquiring and investing in care home groups across the UK. The first of these acquisitions is Balhousie Care Group, which consists of 28 well-invested care homes, operating in the elderly and specialist care space, that are located in clusters across central and eastern Scotland.

After approaching NatWest for support with the Balhousie acquisition, Selba Care and NatWest worked closely on the financing package that would not only fund the Balhousie deal but support Selba’s long-term business growth strategy too.
