2 Tollhouse Hill, NG1 5FS

We've estimated the current costs in your home for your energy bill, carbon footprint and energy efficiency rating and what you could improve them to. This is based on the latest publicly available data on this address, along with our suggested home and lifestyle changes. We've broken it down into three categories to make things a little easier. If the current and potential figures are the same below it's because your home is pretty efficient and we have no home improvement recommendations for you.

Energy bill

Current cost

Estimated yearly energy bill:
£1,051
per year
Unavailable

You could save

Estimated saving if lifestyle and home changes are made:
£187
per year
Unavailable

How is this calculated?

The estimated energy cost for your home shows the average household spend for heating, hot water and lighting (and does not include other devices such as laundry and cooking). It is based on assumed occupancy, fuel costs and efficiencies of the systems being used.

Carbon footprint

Current footprint

Estimated yearly carbon footprint:
3.84
tonnes CO2 per year
Unavailable

1 tonne of CO2 is the same as driving 2500 miles.

Potential reduction

Estimated yearly footprint reduction if lifestyle and home changes are made:
1.73
tonnes CO2 per year
Unavailable

How is this calculated?

The estimated carbon footprint for your home is based on assumptions of average occupancy and energy use. It takes the assumed carbon for the fuel being used in your home and multiplies it by the energy use.

Your home's efficiency rating

Current rating

57 | D
information unavailable

This is your home's current estimated efficiency rating.

Potential increase

84 | B
information unavailable

Your home could increase its score with some home improvements. This could improve the property’s value.

The efficiency rating is created using information gathered from your existing EPC and other survey data from homes in your neighbourhood, giving you an estimated energy efficiency rating. To get an up-to-date official EPC rating please visit the government website for England and Wales, for Scotland.

How your plan works

Your plan is broken into two parts: home changes and lifestyle changes. Tap ‘Learn more’ on each plan to get more details on each suggestion. You’ll also find information at the bottom of the page to help you kick-start your changes.

Lifestyle changes

  • These are changes that can be made immediately. Each change’s impact really adds up over time and could save you money.
  • Lifestyle changes save carbon, but don’t contribute to your home’s energy performance rating (EPC).
  • The savings detailed are based on an average household and are not personal to your home.
  • Savings are based on a typical three bedroom, gas-heated home in Great Britain, using a gas price of 10.3p/kWh and electricity price of 34.0p/kWh (based on Energy Price Guarantee October 2022). Water savings are based on average occupancy.

Home improvements

  • These are typically bigger changes to your home with a cost associated to them.
  • Please remember; the costs and savings on this page are estimates, always do your research and before making any changes to your home please seek professional advice.
  • These could reduce your energy bill and carbon footprint, while increasing the home’s energy efficiency rating.
  • We’ve ordered the home changes by impact: the first is the most impactful you can make.
  • If there are no recommenations below it means your home is pretty efficient and we have no suggestions for you at this time
