Tom was previously at KPMG in the Sustainable Finance team where he worked with corporate and financial institutions to enhance their sustainable finance strategies and ESG integration approaches.

Before that, Tom was a Risk Analyst at Amundi Asset Management in Hong Kong and was previously an Equity Investment Analyst where he supported Senior Equity Portfolio Managers and helped create a Climate Action fund.
