Tina is part of the Digital Capital Markets team, established to future proof the business and better serve our customers. Tina contributes to the building of our digital issuance offering and the articulation of our strategic direction.

Tina has held a number of roles across NatWest Markets since joining in 2017 with exposure to technology, regulatory interpretation and LIBOR transition. Tina joined Digital Capital Markets from the NatWest Markets strategy team supporting the CEO, Chief of Staff and wider leadership team in articulation and delivery of franchise wide strategy with a particular focus on Climate, ESG and Digital.

Tina graduated from Bayes Business School (formerly CASS) in 2016 with a Master of Science in Management specialising in strategy and holds a certificate for the NatWest University of Edinburgh Climate Change Transformation Programme
