Dmitry is responsible for structuring hybrid capital transactions for NatWest clients based on legal, accounting, tax, rating agency, regulatory and jurisdictional considerations.

Dimitry provides insights to both Issuer and Investor Clients of the bank with respect to the growing corporate hybrid market.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining the Hybrid Capital team in 2014, Dmitry was part of DCM team and executed transactions for CIS corporate and bank issuers. Dmitry spent the previous 2 years at Nomura, where he was part of EMEA DCM Corporate team. Dmitry also has work experience at Ernst & Young, Tax & Legal Advisory practice, in Russia and in Japan.

Education
Dmitry has a degree in the Japanese language and also holds MBA from University of Oxford, Said Business School. He is a member of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is a CFA charterholder.
