Hybrid Capital Associate, Debt & Financing Solutions
Albert is responsible for structuring hybrid capital transactions for NatWest clients based on legal, accounting, tax, rating agency, regulatory and jurisdictional considerations. He provides insights to both issuer and investor clients of the bank with respect to the growing corporate hybrid market.
Before joining NatWest, Albert worked in corporate banking at Bank of China in Luxembourg. Prior to that, Albert worked in China in asset management and sales.

Education
Albert holds a BA in business engineering/management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and an MA in international business with minor in finance from HULT International Business School.
