The Housing Finance team, based in London and Edinburgh, has been actively committed to serving the UK Social Housing Sector since the introduction of private finance in 1988.
The Bank has over £2.7 billion of current commitments to more than 250 Registered Social Landlords ('RSLs').
The Housing Finance team works closely with Group corporate centres and product specialists to offer a fully integrated service. The centres provide local knowledge and support customers' day-to-day banking requirements.
Product specialists add value though sector-specific advice and a range of financing and banking solutions.
