The Debt Ventures team provides senior and mezzanine finance in leveraged transactions where there is no private equity sponsor.
The team has arranged 12 deals in the last 2 years committing £100m of mezzanine and £300m of senior debt.
Services:
- Secondary Management Buyouts - Financing transactions where management wish to retain or reinvest their equity in a further MBO, usually resulting in management gaining majority control of their business
- Growth Capital - Funding business expansion or development where senior debt alone cannot provide the necessary funds
- Acquisition Finance - Providing customers with acquisition finance without diluting their equity in the business
