Key features and benefits:
- Interest rate linked to our Base Rate (for the required currency)
- The maximum term is normally 25 years
- You can repay the loan in full at any time without penalty
- Available in a variety of currencies
Optional features:
(subject to agreement at the outset)
- Interest-only, with single capital repayment at the end of the term
- Capital repayment holidays of up to 3 years
- Interest and capital repayment holiday during the first 12 months, with accumulated interest added to the loan
- Ability to cap your interest rate, protecting you from rising interest rates whilst allowing you to benefit if rates fall
