How do I access MyRewards?

You can see your MyRewards balance and exchange straight from the NatWest app with the touch of a button. There's no need to use a password. Simply tap the MyRewards tile then earn Rewards, exchange Rewards or view statement.

How do I use Rewards?

Earn Rewards	Redeem Rewards
Get £9 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits (2 of those Direct Debits needs to be at least £4.50 each).	Redeem Rewards as cash which you can then transfer straight into your bank account or pay towards your NatWest credit card balance.
Get £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.	Exchange your Rewards into money which is donated to one of our chosen charities.
Earn at least 1% in Rewards by shopping at our partners.	Exchange for eGift cards which you can use online or in store with our partners.

Earn Rewards by shopping at our partners, including Morrisons, Costa and Uber Eats.
You can exchange your Rewards for eGift cards from a variety of partners, including John Lewis and Partners, M&S and Argos. You can also exchange for Cineworld tickets, Avios voucher codes or Emirates Skywards Miles.
Log in to MyRewards to view your personalised earn offers, and our full range of exchange partners.

You need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month.

Want to change your account?

To change your existing account type or switch into your existing account, click back to your mobile app home screen and select the relevant account. Here you will find options for changing and switching.

To switch a current account held elsewhere to your existing account using the Current Account Switch Service, click back to your mobile app home screen and tap the relevant account. Here you will find options for switching.

I've forgotten my MyRewards log in details. What should I do?

Great news, you no longer need to reset your password to access MyRewards using the mobile app. Just scroll to the MyRewards section once you've logged in to the app, then tap earn Rewards, exchange Rewards or view statement.

If you want to visit MyRewards on a web browser, and have forgotten your password, you can reset it. You'll need the email address you use to log in, the debit or credit card linked to your MyRewards account and your date of birth. Reset your password.

Do my Rewards expire?

No, your Rewards won't expire. There is no time limit to exchange or exchange your Reward balance.

If you’ve exchanged your Rewards for an eGift card, please check your MyRewards voucher for the expiry date.

I exchanged my Rewards, but I've not received my eGift card/code?

Please check the following:

Check we have the correct email address registered for you at MyRewards. This may be different from the one we have on our bank records. Log in to MyRewards then tap My Account > Your Personal Details to check.
Check your spam folder.
Some small and workplace email providers may block MyRewards emails. Please check the security settings on your email account, or update your email address to ensure you are able to receive MyRewards emails.

After following the steps above, please contact us if you need us to resend your eGift card(s).

I think I'm missing some Rewards?

Log in to MyRewards and tap on My Account at the top left of the screen. Tap 'Report Missing Transaction'. Read through the FAQs, and if you still want to log a missing transaction, tap the 'View Form' link and complete the required details.

What do the different account balances mean?

The main change you will see is the balance that was previously called “Available balance” has changed into two separate parts:

Balance including pending transactions – this is now the prominent balance you will see for your current account (and will be shown in bold)
Arranged overdraft limit (if you have one)

What do my balances include?

Balance including pending transactions - this is the amount of your own money including any pending transactions outstanding. It doesn’t include cheques until they are cleared (for more detail on pending transactions and cheque clearing see below).

Overdraft Limit - this is your arranged overdraft limit. If you do not have one, this will not show.

Overdraft Remaining - this shows the remaining amount of your arranged overdraft, this will only be displayed if you are using your limit.

Account Balance - this is how much money you have in your account before any pending transactions are processed and includes uncleared cheques paid in. This was previously called ‘Today’s balance’.
