What if Allianz Assistance are unable to offer me an upgrade?

You may be able to obtain alternative travel insurance cover for pre-existing medical conditions by contacting one of the providers featured in the MoneyHelper Directory of specialist travel insurance providers for people with serious medical conditions. A non-sterling transaction fee is usually applied to any payment made in a foreign currency. When you use your card abroad, we need to convert the transaction from the local currency into sterling.

Our non-sterling transaction fee for debit cards is 2.75% of the value of the transaction.

Types of breakdown cover included with our bank accounts

• Roadside Assistance - anywhere in the UK.
• At Home - get help when your vehicle won't start at home.
• National Recovery - if the AA can't get your vehicle going, they'll take you and your vehicle to a destination of your choice.
• Onward Travel - if your vehicle can't be fixed at the roadside, the AA can help you complete your journey. This may be by arranging a replacement vehicle, booking you a night's accommodation or funding alternative transport costs (i.e. rail fares) where appropriate.
• Accident Assist - a 24/7 accident claims service. The AA will handle your insurance claim - at no additional cost - no matter which company insures you.

Worldwide cover for your mobile phone against loss, theft, accidental damage or breakdown (once your manufacturer's warranty has expired). Please note if you're outside the UK we won't repair or replace your phone until you return.

2 approved claims during any 12-month period. If this is a joint account, each account holder can make 2 approved claims (maximum four per account).

Standard accessories that are lost, stolen or damaged at the same time as your phone, are covered up to £250.

We know it can be stressful when something happens to your phone, so we want to make the process as easy as possible. Simply:

• Log in to register a claim online, or call us to speak to an agent. We’ll run through a few details and ask you some questions.
• Contact us to report the incident. Claims should be reported as soon as possible when theft, loss, damage or breakdown is discovered.
• Let your network provider know about the situation and report the incident to the police if relevant. They’ll give you a crime reference number if your phone has been stolen.
• Arrange for collection of your device if it needs to be repaired. Remember, you have to be in the UK for us to collect your phone.

MyRewards allows you to earn related Rewards in a variety of ways such as when you pay Direct Debits, spend with your debit or credit card or log in to the mobile app.
