Health and wellbeing support that fits you and your family's lives.

24/7 virtual GP: unlimited access by video or phone including private prescriptions for you and your family (medication charges apply).
Mental health and wellbeing support: including a 24/7 helpline and up to six appointments yearly per person. Plus, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing content.
Digital physiotherapy: up to six remote physio appointments per person, per year.
Health check: an annual review for you and your partner along with the option to discuss your results.
Expert medical opinion: get another medical opinion or discuss your results if you or your family have a complex diagnosis or treatment plan. One per person, per year.

Good to know

Health benefits covers you, your partner and any dependent children 18 and under (or under 23 if in full-time education) unless otherwise stated. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. Equivalent annual subscription costs £800 when bought separately. Mental health support, physiotherapy and health check are for adults aged 18+ only. Full terms available in MyBenefits. Travel Insurance

You and your family are covered for:

Trips of up to 90 days, and 31 days for winter sports.
£10 million emergency medical expenses.
Costs incurred due to cancellations, lost baggage, and more.

Good to know

Exclusions may apply for pre existing medical conditions, or those aged 70 and over. Underwritten by AWP P&C S.A. and administered by Allianz Assistance. Equivalent cover costs £1,095 for a family of two adults and two children under 13.

Additional cover for over 70s or pre-existing medical conditions

If you or your joint account holder are aged 70 or over, you'll need to get in touch with us each year to purchase or renew an age extension upgrade. There will be a £100 annual premium per person aged 70 or over.
Pre-existing medical conditions aren't automatically covered. You may have to pay extra for this, or you may find that your condition cannot be covered.

Available online 24/7 to help with tailor-made travel plans, experiences, and VIP tickets. Plus, access to exclusive perks and upgrades, priority restaurant bookings, and the virtual Book Club series.

The equivalent value of using the Travel & Lifestyle Concierge once every other month for a variety of requests is, on average, £250 a year.

Zero foreign transaction fees

No foreign transaction fees on debit card purchases abroad. Local and ATM withdrawal fees may apply.

Mobile Phone Insurance

For you, your partner, and eligible children living at home. Your phones are all protected against:

Theft, loss, and accidental damage.
Device breakdown (after your manufacturer’s warranty expires).
Standard accessories that are lost, stolen or damaged at the same time as your phone, are covered up to £250.

Good to know

Max. four approved claims per 12 months. Similar cover for an iPhone 15 Pro Max with Vodafone Insurance costs around £220 annually. Policy underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited. AA Breakdown Recovery

You're covered in the UK and Europe.

Roadside and home assistance: when your car won't start.
National recovery: including being taken to a destination of your choice, if the AA can't restart your car.
Onward travel: the AA can help you complete your journey, if they can't fix your vehicle.
Accident Assist: a 24/7 accident claims service.
All your private vehicles are covered: even if someone else is driving them (with your permission).

Good to know

Dragonpass Premier + Membership

Make every journey smoother with airport lounge access, Fast Track security, travel perks and mobile data abroad through DragonPass.
