How do I update my mobile app?

You should visit the relevant store, depending on the device you use, to update to the latest version to continue use of our mobile app.

To update your mobile app you may need your Online Banking login details. This includes your customer number, PIN and password. I don't know my customer number?

Why have I received a notification?

You may have received a notification because you are using an older version of the mobile app that you will no longer be able to use.

Why are you updating the app?

We are constantly adding new features to our app and encourage you to update to the latest version in order to enjoy all the benefits and make sure you are banking securely.

Why can't I update my app?

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to update your mobile app:

Connectivity

Please check that you are connected to the internet, and that you have a good connection strength. You can try to update again when the signal is strong.

Reboot App

A common fix to some issues is to delete the app and redownload it from your app store.

Operating Systems

Our minimum operating system requirements for Android are 7.0 and above, iOS is 13.0 and above.

Device Storage

Please ensure that your device has enough storage capacity to download the latest version of the banking app.
