To enter, purchase currency or Travellers Cheques and text your travel money order number and the word HOLIDAY to 60628. If you did not receive an order number, please text the sort code of the branch you made your purchase at and the word HOLIDAY to 60628 (eg. 600123 HOLIDAY). Standard network fees apply.
No purchase necessary: Please send your name and address on a plain piece of paper to 'Free Entry - Travel Money Prize Draw, Business House E, 1st Floor, PO BOX 1000, Edinburgh EH12 1HQ.'
All entries must be received by 8 October 2010, with the winner notified by phone by 20 October 2010. The name and country of the winner will be made available upon written request by sending an SAE to 'Travel Money Summer Prize Draw Winner List, Business House E, 1st Floor, PO BOX 1000, Edinburgh EH12 1HQ.'
Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed or damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer on 11 October 2010 and will be awarded the following prize:
A "dream holiday" worth £3,500. A maximum of £500 of this value can be taken as spending money. The winner must pay the difference if the holiday value is greater than £3,500. The winner will forfeit any portion of the prize value which is unused at the time of booking.
The holiday must be chosen from a Thomas Cook brochure, booked through the Thomas Cook Travel Rewards team by 31 December 2010 and travel taken no later than 31 December 2011. The winner cannot make bookings through Thomas Cook shops or on the Thomas Cook website.
There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non transferable.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the prize draw.
If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for doing so.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
