Sometimes, you need a paper statement – perhaps to prove your identity or your income.
Good news – it’s free to order up to three months of duplicate paper statements. And you can do this twice in any 12-month period for free.
You can order free paper statements online, by phone or at your nearest branch.
Order online –If you’re a NatWest Online Banking customer you can order paper statements from the statement section in Online Banking in just a few clicks
Order by phone – call us on 08457 888 444, select Option ‘1’, after you have identified yourself, select Option ‘0’ to speak to an operator. Lines are open 24/7. Calls may be recorded.
We’ll send your statements to you in the post. They should arrive three to four working days after we receive your request.
