    Using your card abroad

    If you intend to use your debit card abroad it is
    advisable to let us know your travel plans.

    Register your trip within Online Banking, at least
    24 hours in advance, which will notify our
    transaction monitoring systems that you will be
    using your card abroad.
    This will significantly reduce the likelihood of
    your transactions being blocked.

    If you opened an eligible current account with us
    after 7 October 2013, you'll be able to view your
    Terms & Conditions at any time within Online Banking.
    Once you've logged in, just click on the Messages
    option in the menu.

Remember, you can also:

  • Ask us to remember your customer number when you log into Online Banking (not recommended when using a shared computer)
  • Register for alerts to help you keep track of your spending
  • Make international payments
