The YourPoints Credit card has a number of benefits but you need to know how to get the most out of it.
You can manage your card, spend YourPoints and find out more information about rewards all online.
Importantly, don’t forget your monthly payment, otherwise you may end up paying fees and charges.
National Westminster Bank Plc. Registered in England and Wales. No. 929027. Registered Office: 135 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3UR.
With our travel partners easyJet and ebookers.com, it’s easy to organise your next holiday, flight, hotel stay or city break. You can book a flight, holiday or hotel whenever you like as long as there are seats and rooms available. And when our partners have a sale, you can travel for fewer points.
The NatWest YourPoints website is the gateway to a huge range of fabulous rewards from partners like Laithwaite’s Wine, ebookers and M&S – and we don’t want you to miss out. If you open an account, before you know it you’ll have enough points to claim a reward. All you’ll have to do is register your details, browse the huge range of options and choose something you like. Just remember to pay off your card balance at the end of each month so that the points you earn outweigh any interest you pay.
We offer two ways to manage your credit card online. We recommend signing up for both NatWest online banking (where you can manage your cards and NatWest bank accounts together) and Credit Card Online Services.
Credit Card Online Services is the complete way to manage your credit card online and lets you do more.
A credit card has many benefits but to get the best from it, you need to be organised with your monthly payment otherwise you could end up paying fees and charges.
The two main fees you need to know about are:
Both of these fees cost £12.
We’ll help you to keep track and avoid these fees if you set up payment due date reminders and credit limit alerts. These are available as text or email via Credit Card Online Services.
You’ll also earn double YourPoints for the first 9 months after account opening.
A Vue cinema ticket could be yours from as little as 1,250 points. 2,000 points could get you a £10 shopping voucher to spend on anything you like from M&S, Boots, or amazon.co.uk. Remember, every year you get 2,500 bonus points, as well as 2,500 points when you open your account.
If they’re not for you, you may wish to spend your points on wine from Laithwaites, luxuries from Harvey Nichols or towards a holiday with easyJet or eBookers. There’s something for everyone.
Unlike some other reward programmes, when our reward brands have a sale, so does YourPoints. This means better value for you as you’ll use fewer points.
The average redemption has been 19,000 points – that’s equivalent to £95! Here are some examples of rewards based on monthly spend.

Worried about losing track of the reward scheme? Don’t be, our regular emails will keep you updated with your points balance so you can redeem at a time that suits you.
If you’re worried about controlling your balance - we can help. We offer free text alerts that let you know when you’ve reached a certain balance. You can also set up a Direct Debit that automatically clears your balance every month.
To get the most out of the programme, you should aim to pay your credit card balance in full each month. That way you’ll know that the benefit of your reward will always outweigh your interest costs.
You’ll be able to see at a glance everything from your most up-to-date points balance to our latest deals and special offers. The website is the place to go whenever you want to browse for rewards, and if you see something you like, you can redeem the points you’ve earned there and then.
If you typically use your debit card to make purchases, large or small, they all add up and won’t earn you points. If you pay your credit card balance (and your previous month’s balance) in full and on time each month, you’ll enjoy up to 56 days’ interest free credit on all purchases once the introductory interest rate has ended. You’ll also receive purchase protection on goods and services that cost over £100.
