What should I do if I'm having trouble setting up MyRewards?

You’ll start earning Rewards as soon as you have a Reward account and you can view your Rewards balance via our secure mobile banking app without having to set-up your MyRewards account*. To do so, you will need to log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom, select either ‘View Statement’, ‘Earn Rewards’ or ‘Exchange Rewards’ to check out your latest personalised offers, see your balance or redeem Rewards.

You will however need to set-up your MyRewards account if you would like access via Online banking or a web browser. Set-up your MyRewards details online at NatWest MyRewards(opens in a new window).

You will need to enter your Reward Debit or Credit card number, date of birth and email address. You will also be asked to set up a password and add your mobile number. Each customer must have a unique email address for MyRewards - email addresses can’t be shared by joint account holders.

If you've recently opened your Reward account, it can take up to 3 working days to receive your new card. If you're still having trouble setting up MyRewards, just get in touch.
