How to earn Rewards

The way you can earn Rewards will be different depending on which current account or credit card you have with us. This is available to all Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward and Reward Black accounts. For UK Residents Only. Fees from £2 per month apply.

Earn £4 in Rewards a month

Pay 2 or more Direct Debits from your Reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.

Last year our customers earned an average of 6% back in Rewards when using their NatWest Debit card at our partner retailers. Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2023.

Once you’re registered, you’ll receive personalised offers where you can earn extra Rewards when you use a debit or credit card linked to your Reward account.

  1. On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
  2. A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your NatWest mobile banking app. 
  3. If the QR code is not working for you, use this MyRewards link to get into your app.
  4. Or you can log in using Online Banking and use the MyReward section to access MyRewards.

You can download the app and get into MyRewards by following these instructions:

  1. On your mobile or tablet, go to the App Store if using Apple or Google Play if using Android.
  2. Search for 'NatWest Mobile Banking'.
  3. Tap to download the app.

App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
