How to earn rewards

You earn Rewards every time you buy something on your Reward credit card.
5 Reward points = £5 when redeemed.
So, 5 Reward points could mean £5 in your bank account. (They could be worth even more if you exchange them for certain e-gift cards.)
After your Reward balance is equivalent to £5 or more, bank it, swap for e-gift cards, or donate to charity. It's up to you.
Every time you spend in the supermarket, you earn 1% in Rewards. (0.25% at their petrol stations.)
Supermarkets include Asda, Iceland, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, ALDI, Lidl, Tesco, The Co-operative, Waitrose, plus more.

How to get the annual fee refunded

Got a Reward current account? We'll refund the annual (yearly) fee for your Reward credit card.
We won't refund all, or part of, any annual fee you've paid before you open a Reward current account, or after it’s closed.
Don't have a Reward current account? We’ll charge you the £24 annual fee when you first use your Reward credit card account. (For example, when you first pay with your card.) We'll then charge you on this same date each year you have this card.
