Transaction notifications
Transaction notifications
Whether you’re making a payment from your current account, or using your debit or credit card, our transaction notifications are a great way to keep on top of your spending, check you’ve been charged the right amount and quickly spot anything suspicious on your account.
We’ll send you a notification every time a payment is made from your current account or you spend using your debit or credit card.
If you have authority on another account, you may also receive notifications from payments and domestic ATM withdrawals made from this account. For example you may have authority as a parent over your child’s account. If you wish to turn these off you will have to turn off all transaction notifications.
You’ll need to download our mobile app if you want to receive these notifications, just click here for help getting set up.
App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
