Do I need to register for card protection?

Yes. Call 0845 87 77 111. Minicom users should call 0870 154 1196. Please have your Advantage Private account number and card details to hand.

What isn't covered?

How do I make a claim?

To make a claim or report a lost or stolen card, call 0808 100 44 20. If calling from abroad, call +44 (0) 1904 544 644 and ask for the charges to be reversed. Lines are open 24 hours.

Maximum call charge from a BT landline is 4p (0845) or 8p (0870) a minute. Calls from other networks may vary. Calls may be recorded.
