What is an Agreement in Principle?
An Agreement In Principle (AIP) is a decision from us on whether we can lend you the mortgage value you would like. AIPs cost you nothing and can be completed in less than 20 minutes, they do not place you under any obligation to apply with us in the future.
Please note that any agreement is subject to the accuracy of the information you provide us with; to property valuations; and to additional checks which we only undertake if you decide to confirm your mortgage with us.
