What happens when you sign-up?
We’ll give you a Customer Number. Keep this safe as you need it every time you log in.
You’ll also receive a Code in the post within seven days. It’s sent by post to protect your security. Use this Code to access the full online banking service.
Business Customers
This sign up process is for all personal and business customers, (except Limited Liability Partnerships who need to call their Business Relationship Manager).
On the first page of the application please ensure that you select 'A NatWest Business Account' at the bottom of the page.
