We have made some changes to Online Banking thanks to your feedback.

You told us you wanted to amend a reference on a payment and make a payment without a card reader. Well now you can.

Currently you can amend the reference for an existing payment within Online Banking without using a card reader but now you won’t be asked to use your card reader when you make your next payment to that person or company after amending the reference.
