How to get your 16-25 Railcard
- Open your account – it needs to be fully open by October 2nd

Remember! To receive your free
16 - 25 Railcard you must register for online banking and switch off paper statements – you can do this by using either;
- The activation code we send if you requested online banking when applying for your account OR
- The debit card we post to you once your account is open
And don’t forget to switch off your paper statements by 30th November.
It’s easy to do when you access online banking for the first time.
Your 16 - 25 Railcard will be renewed every year for 5 years if you keep using your account.
