- Top up your family’s pay-as-you-go mobiles
- Add up to five different mobile phones
- Works with all the major UK mobile networks, you will not be able to top up phones on the 3 network
Top up payments will be taken from the account linked to your debit card used during registration.
Costs and charges for mobile banking
NatWest will not charge you for any mobile banking services, however, your mobile network provider may charge depending on your tariff.
Data charges for mobile banking application
Most mobile network operators don't charge for downloading and using the application in the UK. Orange, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone currently charge however this will depend on your tariff.
Additional overseas network charges may apply for all networks. Please check with your network provider.
Eligibility
To use our Android app you need to
- Be a NatWest customer who is registered for Online Banking. Visit our Online Banking pages to register
- Have a NatWest personal account with a debit card
- Be over age 11 and have a mainland UK mobile number starting 07
Mobile banking is compatible for Android OS 2.1 or above.
If you have mobile banking on another device and have registered using the same mobile number you will lose service on that device.
Please re-register using a different phone number to avoid losing service of the application.

To register
Registering your NatWest Android app is easy and only takes a few minutes:
- Download the new app from the Android Market
- Enter your mobile number and follow instructions on the app to verify your handset
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Provide some personal information — including your online banking customer number, debit card number, card security number and postcode
For security reasons we recommend that you only download mobile apps from official app stores such as the Android Market. Mobile banking for Android is only availble on Android Market. For more information visit our security page.
Once you register we'll verify your details and you should be able to start using your new app within 24 hours.

How to cancel the service
You can cancel the service at any time by deleting the application from your device.
Who can use Mobile Banking?

- be aged 11 or over

- be registered for Online Banking
- have a mainland UK mobile number starting 07
