Problems logging in?

Get back into online banking

We've all pressed the wrong key when logging in. So don't worry – just give it another go. You get a total of three attempts before we temporarily lock your account. We do this to help protect your security.

We'll do our best to give you instant access to your accounts. However, sometimes we may need to send you further instructions and a new Activation Code in the post.

Your Customer Number

You were given this when you signed up for online banking.

Your Customer Number is your date of birth, followed by up to four digits.

Can't remember your Customer Number? Simply complete our registration form again to get re-advised of your Customer Number and regain access to online banking immediately.

Can't remember your PIN? Simply complete our registration form again and regain access to online banking immediately.

Your Password

You set this when you registered for online banking.

Your password is between six and 20 characters. It may contain letters and numbers.

My Activation Code isn't working, what should I do?

When you use your Activation Code, please double check you enter both your Customer Number and Activation code correctly.

If you try to use the Activation Code more than three times, the code will be locked and you will need a new one.

You will also need a new Activation code if it was sent to you over 45 days ago. The Activation Code expires after this time.

To get a new Activation Code, simply complete our registration form.

When you complete the registration, you may gain instant access to your accounts – without the need for an Activation Code. However, if you do still need an Activation Code, you should receive this by post within 3-5 days.
