NatWest Telephone Banking is a quick and easy way to access and manage your accounts over the phone. Access to NatWest Telephone Banking is available any time, day or night. Plus, all NatWest Telephone Banking customers can use their Customer Number to access NatWest Online Banking.

By using your telephone keypad you can access a range of helpful automated services, such as -

Balance and Account Transactions
Faster access to hear your balances and recent transactions.

Transfers and Payments
One stop shop for making and managing payments to registered third parties, transfer funds between your linked NatWest accounts and making payments on your NatWest credit card.

Statements and Cheque and Pay-In Books
Order a statement or cheque and pay-in book without visiting your local NatWest branch. Items will be sent to your registered mailing address.

Plus, NatWest Telephone Banking provides you with access to one of our Customer Advisors located in our UK-based centres.

Press 1 Press 2 Press 3
Automated self service option for balances, transactions, payments and general banking enquiries.

Then,

Press 1 for Balance & Account Transactions

Then follow the prompts to

  • Hear your balances and available funds
  • Hear recent transactions
  • Search for a transaction
Press 2 for Transfers & Payments

Then follow the prompts to

  • Transfer money between your NatWest accounts
  • Pay a NatWest credit card
  • Pay a bill or individual
  • Hear, amend or cancel a payment you set up earlier
  • Hear, amend or cancel a regular payment
Press 3 to order a statement and cheque and paying-in books

Then follow the prompts to

  • Order a new cheque book
  • Order a new paying-in book
  • Order a printed statement
Press 4 if you require assistance from a UK-based Customer Advisor
To talk to a UK-based Customers Advisor about –

  • existing loans and overdrafts
  • account charges
To talk to a UK-based Customer Advisor about –

NatWest Telephone Banking is free to use, you simply pay the cost of a phone call.

Telephone banking is available to NatWest personal customers aged 11 or over with a current or savings account. System updates may mean that the services are unavailable for short periods in the early hours of the morning.
