Our uninsured driver promise will cover you if you’re hit by an uninsured driver and you’re found not to be at fault. We’ll cover your excess and your no claims discount won’t be affected.
If you make a claim and use one of our approved repairers, we’ll give you:
- a courtesy car (subject to availability)
- your car collected and delivered back to you, cleaned inside and out
- a 5 year guarantee on repairs

Existing NatWest customers get a 15% first year discount if you take out a new car insurance policy with us. Please input the code ‘NW15’ into the promotional section of the ‘Your details’ page.
Select Silver, Advantage Gold, Black Account or Advantage Private Account customers get an additional 10% first year discount, bringing your total discount to 25%.
A monthly account fee of £8 applies to Select Silver Account, £12.95 applies to Advantage Gold Account, £24 applies to Black Account and £19.95 applies to Advantage Private customers.
If you are already a NatWest home insurance customer you will get a further 10% first year loyalty discount when you take out NatWest car insurance.
Up to 65% no claims discount, up to 70% if you’re over 50.
All discounts apply to new car insurance customers in the first year only to comprehensive and third party fire and theft policies. Quotes are valid for 90 days. Discounts are subject to a minimum premium.
